The Three-Dimensional Reading is an accelerated learning method that allows you not only to increase your reading speed but also to remember much more information compared to traditional reading.
With this method, you will shorten your reading and study time by up to ⅕ of your starting point while retaining more than 80% of the information.

In order to learn the Three-Dimensional Reading method, you need to attend the 3-day in-person course and carry out the consolidation exercises during the four weeks following the course.
The course is very practical because, besides learning the steps of the method, you will apply it to two books to understand exactly how it works. Therefore, you will have to read 2 books per week for 4 weeks, with a weekly commitment of about 3 / 4 hours. During this period of time, you will have a certified tutor on your side. They will answer all your questions and help you prepare for competitive exams or simply support you in acquiring the method.
After the course, the tutor will support you in all stages of acquiring the method and help you prepare study material, university exams and competitive exams quickly and efficiently.
Tutoring involves a phone call in which the tutor will understand your needs in order to plan the most suitable programme and tutoring sessions for you. Individual sessions will then be scheduled together via Zoom or Skype. There is no extra cost for tutoring during the planned exercise weeks.
Yes, you can use the method on EVERY type of text: fiction, humanities, technical and scientific subjects, foreign languages and sheet music. During the course you will be taught the different ways of applying the method according to the type of text.
Course organisation
Yes, we have arranged two different courses: Three-Dimensional Reading for adults (18 years and over) and Change Your Life Academy (for teenagers from 11 to 17 years of age). Underage children are NOT allowed to participate in the adult course, because they have some specific speed and needs compared to adults.
Even if underage children wish to take part in the adult course, we will not be able to accept them into the adult course until they turn 18.
The course lasts three days of training. It is always held on FRIDAY, SATURDAY and SUNDAY in different cities. The course starts at 9.00 a.m. and ends at 4.30/5.00 p.m., with a short lunch break of 45 minutes during which we usually plan a lunch with special prices in collaboration with the hotel or structure where the course is held.
In order to ease the registration, on Friday, we ask you to arrive exceptionally at 8.15 a.m.
For the 3-day in-person course, you need to bring: 3 fiction books/novels (possibly never read before) of about 150-250 pages each. We suggest starting with simple books and reading more challenging books later, as you practice the new method. Therefore, do NOT bring technical manuals, encyclopaedias, or other complex texts of this kind. We also strongly recommend you choose something you like and interests you, so that reading will be easier and more enjoyable.
We recommend magazines such as Focus or New Scientist (magazines with more written text than pictures).
Finally, during the course you will be given a detailed handout with all the steps of the method. We suggest you also bring a notebook to write down some concepts of personal interest, as it is not only a three-dimensional reading method but a real path of awareness.
No, you cannot attend the course online.
To acquire the Three-Dimensional Reading method effectively, it is essential to be followed directly by the teachers. This is an almost exclusively practical course in which we will do a lot of exercises, and the teachers must check at all times that you are doing each step correctly, and they can only do this if they are present in the classroom with you. The teachers do not give individual classes.
Payment method
The price DOES NOT INCLUDE food and hotel accommodation. Over the three days of the training course, lunch breaks only last 45 minutes. Due to the limited time available, we generally offer a set menu in collaboration with the hotel at a reasonable price.
If you do not wish to take advantage of this service, you can have lunch as you prefer, but make sure you respect the required time (45 minutes).
